What is Product Jam?

Product Jam is a 4-week program for aspiring product managers to collaborate on conceptualizing and pitching a new product idea to a panel of industry leader. Participants go through the entire design thinking process in teams, gain hands-on skill-building experience, and complete the program with a new project to show for in their portfolios!

Who should apply to the Product Jam?

Product Jam is designed for students or full-time employees who are looking to transition or break into product management. No prior experience is required; only a commitment to participate, engage, and complete the program. In fact, we encourage you to use Product Jam as an opportunity to build your portfolio and develop valuable experience!

Why should I sign up for Product Jam now?

Historically, there is a surge in hiring at the beginning of each year due to renewed budgets from companies. The Product Jam Fall 2022 schedule will allow you to finish off the year with new skills and connections, thereby setting you up for success when the recruitment season comes in the new year!

When will I find out about my application results?

We are reviewing applications on a rolling basis so apply as early as you can. We will try our best to get back to you within 3 days of submitting your application.

What can I expect after I get accepted?

Once we review your application, we will extend you an offer. Specefic dates will be announced once the application opens.

Is this open to people international or only the United States?

The Product Jam itinerary will accommodate the time zones in North America for the most part. We understand that this may be a barrier for those in other regions. We won't stop you from applying but want to emphasize that if you do decide to apply, you are agreeing to accept those conditions and we expect you to still make active efforts in regards to your participation.

How big can my team be?

Teams can range from 3-4 members.

What if I don't have a team?

No worries! Once we process applications and finalize participants, we will host team formation sessions for you to fill in team spots/ find a team.

What is the Product Jam program cost?

A one-time cost for professionals and current students will be announced when the applications open.

What is your refund policy?

Full refunds can only be made within 24 hours after payment is sent. To request a refund, send an email to productbuds@gmail.comwith the subject “Refund request - Product Jam - [Full Name]”.
